There is a LOT of information I will need to create your item(s) and make them a reality! The best way to discuss is to either email me at crawfordleatherco@yahoo or text/call me at 575-973-4333 to discuss all the details needed.

    After we chat about your vision, I will create a sketch for your approval to make sure everything is accurate before payment. At this time, payment is due either in full, or for larger orders (over $250) I will take a 60% deposit. The remaining 40% is due at time of compeltion BEFORE shipping. An order is not put on my book until it is paid for, this saves your spot in my custom order line-up. Check back from time to time about the current turn around time, typically it is 6-8 weeks on all custom orders. 

It is also up to you to make 100% sure I have all the details you are wanting BEFORE the project is started, once started, I can only change or add so much.

      It is also your responsibility to give me the correct shipping address at time of order. Once it has left my shop, it is out of my control.

     Check on the page for all the custom options I offer, including popular hides, hardware choices both commercially available and handmade, crystal colors, and tooling designs. NOTE: handmade hardware is MADE TO ORDER and has a turn around time of 8-10 weeks.

SIZING: 

     If you are ordering a custom belt, dog collar or something that needs sizing other than a standard, it is up to you to make sure I have the correct sizing, which I will confirm at time of order. All tack is standard QH but I can make anything smaller or larger with your specifications. If sizing is wrong when you receive your item and sizing was not provided to me, I will remake at a 50% charge of original item cost.

LEATHER COLORS: Black, Chocolate, Walnut, Saddle Tan, Mahogany, Medium Oil.

LEATHER TYPES: Tooled (8-9 oz Live Oak), Liner for headstalls, halters, belts, dog collars, lighter items (4-6oz burgundy latigo), Liner for breast collars (10-12oz Rich Brown Harness). Hot-Oiled Tack (10-12oz Rich Brown Harness)

ANTIQUE COLORS: Black, Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Mahogany, Neutral w/color.

HARDWARE FINISHES: Copper, Bronze, Bright Silver, Antique Silver, Antique Brass. 

TACK SHAPES OFFERED: (see shapes on options page)

          HEADSTALLS: Spirit (double diamond), Whiskey (double Scallop), Cowboy (straight), Apache (arrowhead). 

          BREAST COLLARS: Spirit, Whiskey, Cowboy, Apache, Taos (standard tripper), Solvang (skinny tripper), Vaquero (standard pulling collar), Scottsdale (triple diamond pulling collar)

          HALTERS: Spirit, Whiskey, Otero (duluxe rectangle), Cowboy 

             *Halters are done on a nylon halter, or mule tape, color is your choice. 

          SPUR STRAPS: Buckaroo (design outside of boot), Standard (design inside of boot)

          WITHER STRAPS: Double buckle, single buckle or conway buckle.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

     There are NO returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders, NO exceptions. This is due to the fact I cannot restock or resell anything that is customized. In stock inventory will be accepted for return with refund only if item is unopened and has NOT been used. Exchanges may be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the item only if it has NOT been used.
