Meet the Maker!
Hey there! I'm Natalie, a Southern New Mexico resident originally from Northern California! I took an interest in leatherworking in 2015 and being mostly self taught, have turned this fun hobby into a side business for my family.
My horse experiences started young, working with Arabians in all disciplines of performance through college and moving into ranching in the last 10 years. I was a part of the California Cowgirls Rodeo Drill Team for five years and have competed in rodeo events as well as breed sanctioned shows with AQHA, APHA, Morgans and Arabians.
My husband and I moved to southern New Mexico in 2021 to put down some roots and grow our family, both in our home and on the ranch. I work as a Registered Dental Hygienist by day, volunteer EMT and we ranch on the weekends.
I have met some wonderful people in the horse industry and now within the world of leatherworking have made some great friends. With my company Crawford Leather Co, I strive to create a variety of items, blending art and high quality, American made products for the working rancher, to the high end barrel racer and your eight-year-old little girl and her pony!
